Styling 101 - How to Combine Several Styling Tricks

Flowers, coffee table books and trays make for great vignettes on their own; but nothing pulls a coffee tabletop together like this trio together.


A tray, with a pile of books and a vase with a bloom, creates a very curated and expertly put-together look. And the fun thing is, the different components can be changed up by switching the books or putting a potted succulent on the tray.

If you’re feeling really crazy you can add a paperweight or other bibelots to add visual interest!



If you flip through a magazine, there’s a good chance that there are images of coffee tables styled this way, and it’s a great source for ideas.
